KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 21 — The National Flood Forecasting and Warning Centre (PRABN) under the Irrigation and Drainage Department (DID), today issued a flood warning for several locations in Johor and Pahang starting tomorrow.

JOHOR BAHRU, Dec 19 — The Department of Irrigation and Drainage (DID) has forecast floods will hit Sungai Melikai and its surrounding areas in the Mersing district from around noon today.

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 18 — Several areas in Perak, Johor, Melaka, Kedah, Penang, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and Kuala Lumpur are at risk of flash flooding in the next 24 hours in the event of heavy rain or significant thunderstorms.

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 15 — Several areas in five states — Johor, Pahang, Terengganu, Sarawak, and Perak — are at risk of flash floods within 24 hours should there be significant heavy rain or thunderstorms, according to the National Flood Forecasting and Warning Centre (PRABN) of the Department of Drainage and Irrigation (DID).

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 14 — Several areas in Johor, Kedah, Pahang, Perak and Penang are at risk of flash floods within 24 hours in the event of significant heavy rain or thunderstorms, the Irrigation and Drainage Department’s (DID) National Flood Forecasting and Warning Center (PRABN) said.

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 11 — The Irrigation and Drainage Department (DID) has issued a notice of preparedness for possible floods in Penang, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Pahang and Sarawak if there continues to be a significant amount of rainfall.

KUALA LUMPUR, March 22 — Five warning sirens will be installed in the federal capital in to provide early warning to city dwellers on the possibility of flash floods, said Deputy Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Jalaluddin Alias.

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 29 — The National Flood Forecasting and Warning Centre (PRABN) has issued an early flood forecast from December 31 for Kelantan and Terengganu and January 1, 2022, for Pahang and Johor.
